Purpose – Provide adult mentorship, job shadowing, and support to young people to help them make good decisions in life and reach their full potential.
What: TIMEOUT is a mentoring program that focuses on teaching young people life skills they will need to succeed in the real world such as financial literacy, job interviews, time management, life choices and other topics.
When: TIMEOUT Programs usually take place once or twice a week
Who: Business professionals, civic leaders, and community figures
Where: TIMEOUT mentoring programs usually take place at a local school, library, community center, church, or designated location where a NHSBA Branch is located.
